AC Pumps and Transfer / Distributor Stations


	Model PA1 & PA2 Self-priming, rotary vane pumps designed for the transfer of diesel fuel. These pumps are equipped with self ventilating induction AC motors in 230V or 115V, 50Hz or 60Hz configurations - all with IP 55 protection, class F insulation and thermal protection. A by-pass valve is located in the pump body. The pump casting is cast iron treated against corrosion and painted. The pump rotor is sintered steel with a Stainless Steel strainer built into the pump body. Flow Ranges from 60 LPM to 105 LPM - available with 1" ports.
	Model E 220/35 These self-priming 230V AC eccentric pump with by-pass valve include a fan cooled - ventilated AC motor with IP 55 protection and a die-dast aluminum pump body. Flow rates will vary according to viscosity and other working conditions. Especially suited for extracting used oil from motor vehicles.
	Model LIGHTPUMP 60, 80, 100 These Transfer Station Kits are available with the PA1 or PA2 - 230V or 115V, 50 or 60 Hz rotary vane pumps, aluminum nozzle with 1" female brass swivel fitting, 4 M rubber hose X 19 MM for the PA1 (25 MM for the PA2) with brass ends. Flow rates are from 59 to 100 LPM.
	Model FIX UP This Transfer Station Kit is equipped with the PA1 - 230V, 50 Hz rotary vane pump, aluminum nozzle with 1" female brass swivel fitting, 4 M X 19 MM rubber delivery hose with brass ends, metal telescoping shaft and a 2" ring nut. The Model Z98 mechanical meter is available as an option.
	Model HI-FLO These Transfer Stations Kits are available with the PA1 or PA2 - 230V or 115V, 50 or 60 Hz rotary vane pumps, Model Z98 mechanical meter, aluminum nozzle with 1" female brass swivel fitting, 4 M rubber hose X 19 MM for the PA1 (25 MM for the PA2) with brass ends. The units utilize a panel that is treated for corrosion and painted for outdoor use and an integral nozzle holder. These Transfer Kits can be mounted either wall hung or free standing. Flow ranges are from 58 to 75 LPM.
	Model BASE Compact high speed diesel fuel distributors are equipped with the Model PA1or PA2 230V or 115V, 50 Hz or 60 Hz self-priming, rotary vane pumps. The Distributors are mounted on anti-vibration supports, include a volumetric mechanical flow meter, nozzle hanger with on/off switch, aluminum nozzle with 1" female brass swivel fitting and a 4 M X 19 MM rubber delivery hose with brass connections. The case structure is stamped metal with anti-corrosion treatment and painted for outside use. Flow ranges from 57 LPM to 95 LPM.
	Model VISION 60 - 80 - 100 These Delivery Stations are available in 3 colors and corresponding flow rates: Yellow - 57 to 60 LPM (VISION 60), Blue - 72 to 80 LPM (VISION 80) and Red - 92 to 95 LPM (VISION 100). All models are equipped with self-priming, AC rotary vane pumps with integrated by-pass and strainer. The self ventilating induction motor has IP 55 protection, class F insulation and thermal protection located in the windings. The pump and motor are installed on an anti-vibration support. Also, included in the Distributors are a volumetric mechanical flow-meter, 4 M X 19 MM rubber delivery hose with brass ends, automatic nozzle with a brass swivel fitting. The Vision Fuel Distributors are easy to maintain, operate and contain an automatic switch for quick and safe operation.
